This page explains how to disconnect third-party platforms from Aigen Studio and how to have your data deleted — including all data received from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), from LinkedIn, and from X (formerly Twitter). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Open Settings → Social connections in Aigen Studio and disconnect Facebook and Instagram individually. Disconnecting deletes the locally stored connection credential for that channel and stops Aigen Studio from accessing the platform on your behalf. If both channels were authorized together, disconnect both.
In the same Settings → Social connections screen, disconnect LinkedIn. This deletes the stored credential and the LinkedIn member identifier held for that connection.
Remove Aigen Studio at LinkedIn under Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services.
In the same Settings → Social connections screen, disconnect X. This deletes the stored credential and the X account identifier held for that connection.
Remove Aigen Studio at X under Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps.
To have all Meta-, LinkedIn- and X-derived data associated with your account or workspace deleted — connection records, Page/account/page identifiers, published-post references, and performance history — email contact@aigen.fi from your account email and identify the workspace. After verifying the request we will delete or irreversibly anonymize the applicable data unless retention is required by law, and confirm completion to you by email. The same address handles deletion of your entire Aigen Studio account and workspace data (GDPR Art. 17).
Separately from any request, Aigen Studio automatically deletes data retrieved from LinkedIn once LinkedIn's maximum storage periods elapse — see How long we keep LinkedIn data.
Deleting data in Aigen Studio does not remove content already published on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X — manage or delete that content in the relevant service. Those platforms process data under their own privacy policies (Meta, LinkedIn).
