These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AI Generation Oy ("we", "us"), the provider of the Aigen Studio service. By accessing or using Aigen Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you use Aigen Studio on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
Aigen Studio analyzes websites and helps improve SEO, content, competitor insight, and social presence. It includes optional read-only connections to Google services and optional connections to supported Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn company pages or profiles, and X accounts that you authorize. Depending on the connected service and enabled feature, Aigen Studio may retrieve performance information or publish content that you approve or configure. AI-generated output is provided as suggestions; you decide what to approve, configure, or act on.
You retain all rights to the data and content you provide or connect ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you, including transmitting content to a connected platform when you approve or configure publication. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and lawful basis to provide Your Content, connect any third-party accounts, and publish Your Content to the selected audience. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; analyze properties you do not own or control; attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service; misuse outputs in a deceptive or harmful way; publish spam, impersonation, unlawful or infringing material; manufacture fake engagement; circumvent platform limits or access controls; or use a connected platform in violation of its applicable terms and policies.
The service integrates with independently operated third parties, including Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and AI providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their applicable terms and policies, including the Facebook Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, applicable Meta policies, and the LinkedIn User Agreement, and the X Terms of Service. We are not responsible for third-party services, and Aigen Studio is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, or X.
X requires that anything we store from its API stays consistent with X. If you delete a post on X or make it private, Aigen Studio deletes its stored copy of that post and its statistics (see Privacy Policy, section 8). Your drafts and the record that you published stay in Aigen Studio.
Because LinkedIn limits how long data retrieved from its APIs may be stored, LinkedIn-sourced post content and statistics are deleted from Aigen Studio automatically once those periods elapse (see Privacy Policy, section 7). Your own drafts, posts, and images in Aigen Studio are unaffected.
Some features may be offered under paid plans. Where fees apply, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before purchase. Taxes may apply.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Aigen Studio platform, software, and brand. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You own Your Content as described above.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific SEO, ranking, traffic, revenue, or business outcome, nor that the service, a connected platform, or any publishing operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and these Terms do not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, to protect the service or other users, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
We may modify the service or these Terms. For material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Finland have jurisdiction — without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of your country of residence where applicable.
