This policy lists the cookies and similar browser storage used on studio.aigen.fi. The signed-in app uses only what is strictly necessary to sign you in, keep your session secure and remember choices you make. Google Analytics runs only on our public pages, and only after you accept it.

Change your cookie choice — opens the cookie banner on our home page, where you can accept or reject analytics at any time. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and never limits what you can do.

1. Strictly necessary

These are needed for a service you ask for, so they do not need consent (ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3); Finnish Act on Electronic Communications Services, section 205).

2. Your choices, stored in your browser

These live only in your browser (localStorage / sessionStorage), are never sent to us automatically and are not used for tracking. Clearing site data removes them.

3. Analytics — only with your consent

If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, our public pages load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YLDBK8N6GK), provided by Google Ireland Limited. It can set:

Nothing is loaded or sent before you accept. With Reject — or no choice — no analytics tag loads at all.
Analytics runs only on the public home page. The signed-in app, your content, chats, files and connected accounts are never sent to Google Analytics, even if you accepted.
Google Signals, advertising features and ad personalization are off. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments.
To withdraw, change your choice. Collection stops and the _ga cookies we can reach are removed.

Google processes this data under its data processing terms and may transfer it outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. See also our Privacy Policy.

4. What we do not use

No advertising or retargeting cookies, no social-media tracking pixels and no cross-site tracking. Search Console verification uses a static meta tag and sets no cookie.

5. Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop sign-in from working.
